South American Flags

In Year 6, we looked at the flags of South America and researched the history and meaning behind the designs and colours. With this knowledge, we redesigned a South American flag so that it was more personal to us. We thought carefully about the colours and designs we used so that each element had meaning. 

Finally, we made our design into a flag by sewing- producing final pieces we were really proud of.
